Plastisols

We are leading Plastisol manufacturer that supplies most variety of color shades in Thailand. Our PVC based Plastisol consists of high temperature (B series) and low temperature (P series). Phthalate free Plastisol is also available.

1. HIGH TEMP. PLASTISOL B is a plastisol used in printing on fabrics which needs the curing temperature of 160°C -170°C.
2. LOW TEMP. PLATISOL P needs a lower curing temperature of 135°C -150°C.

For those who interests in Silicon screen printing, our Silicon is best suitable for hand printing, transfer printing, and ribbon machine printing. Dry it with temperature 120°C -130°C by 2-3 minutes or 3-5 minutes. Drying in room temperature is also applicable.
